Wonderful seafood recipe! You can substitue the halibut with salmon, if you desire. I like to stuff my fish, it makes the meal a little more filling, plus this stuffing is really delicious.
Ingredients:
2 10 oz Halibut Fillets
2 Tbsp dry onion soup mix
1 cup sour cream
1 cup fine breadcrumbs
2 Tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 tsp paprika
1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup butter, melted
Cooking Instructions:
Blend soup mix and sour cream in a small bowl. Set aside. In medium bowl, mix breadcrumb, cheese, paprika and parsley. Dip fish in soup and sour cream mix. Roll fillets in the breadcrumb mixture. Completely coat fillets. Then, place the fillets on a greased shallow baking pan. Pour melted butter over fillets and bake.
Bake at 450°F for 10-12 minutes.
