Barbecue salmon cooked on the grill is one of my favorite summer recipes. I you love the taste of salmon give this quick and easy recipe a try.
Ingredients:
four one half pound salmon steaks about one inch thick
3/4 cup of brown sugar
two tablespoons of lemon juice
two tablespoons of butter or magerine
Cooking Instructions:
Combine the brown sugar, lemon juice and butter in a saucepan or bowl. Heat the mixture over a low heat while constantly stirring until the sugar dissolves.
Place each salmon steak in a greased hinged fish basket. Place the basket about four inches from the flame or coals and grill for about fifteen minutes for each side while brushing with the barbecue sauce.
When done the fish should flake easily. Enjoy!
