Antipasto Pasta Salad Recipe




Tasty antipasto pasta salad! Serve this flavorful side dish to complete any summer meal. You can add or eliminate vegetables according to preference.

Antipasto Pasta Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

1 package Bow Tie OR Rotini Pasta, cooked and drained
1 jar Pasta Sauce
1/2 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1 jar Roasted Red Peppers, drained and chopped
1 (2 1/4 oz. can Sliced Black Olives, drained
1 (8 oz.) jar Marinated Mushrooms, drained
1 (6 oz.) jar Marinated Artichoke Hearts, drained
1 cup diced Provolone Cheese
2 tablespoons minced Fresh Parsley


Preparation Instructions:

In a large bowl, thoroughly combine pasta, sauce, vinegar and oil. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Serve chilled.

Yields: 8 Servings
