You and your family will love this easy to make healthy Italian chicken parmesan pasta dish.
Ingredients:
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Tenderloins
Favorite brand of spagetti sauce
1 cup of Skim Shredded Mozzarella
1/2 cup Italian Bread crumbs
Whole Wheat Spagetti
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
Flat Leaf Parsley
Cooking Instructions:
Mix 1/2 cup grated parmesan into the plain bread crumbs. Rinse chicken tenderloin in water dip in bread/cheese mixture. Spray bottom of baking dish with cooking spray. Place chicken in a single layer, bake according to package directions (I use tyson boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins). While that is baking make spagetti according to package directions and heat of spagetti sauce. Last two minutes sprinkle 1 Tablespoon of spagetti sauce over each chicken and sprinkle with a little shredded mozzerella cheese.
Serve with a side of spagetti and spagetti sauce.
