
Key lime pie doesn't need to be complicated to be really good. This basic recipe for key lime pie
is so easy you will love making it almost as much as you will love eating it. It's a refreshing summer dessert.
Ingredients:
1 Graham Cracker Crust (store bought or homemade)
8 oz soft cream cheese
1/2 cup Key lime juice
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Baking Instructions:
Whip the softened cream cheese with a rotary beater, this improves the consistency. Add milk and key lime juice and mix well. Pour into pie shell and chill at least four hours.

Graham Cracker Pie Crust:
1 1/2 cups finely crushed graham crackers (20 squares)
1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
3 tablespoons sugar
Simply combine all the above ingredients and press into a pie plate.
