Pork Chop Casserole




This pork chop casserole will warm up any evening and is sure to be recipe that you'll want to repeat. The pork, cheese and potato combination makes this pork chop casserole very satisfying.

Ingredients:
6 center cut loin pork chops
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 15 oz can sliced potatoes
1 10.5 oz can cheddar cheese soup
1 10.5 oz can French onion soup

Cooking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place pork chops in 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Season with 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Drain sliced potatoes and layer over pork chops. Pour French onion soup over potatoes. Spread cheddar cheese soup over potatoes. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and bake an additional 20 minutes.
