Recipe for A simple and delicious and healthy casserole that doesn't take a lot of time to make.
Ingredients:
1 (16oz. ) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 large whole chicken breasts, boned and cut in halves
1 ( 16 oz. ) can mushroom pieces
1 ( 10 ¾ oz. ) can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
Paprika to taste
Salt and Pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions:
Place broccoli in a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with Lemon juice. Place chicken over broccoli.
Mix mushrooms, soup, and sour cream and pour over chicken. Add paprika, salt, and pepper. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Serves 6 to 8.
