These cinnamon raisin pancakes smell the kitchen with the sweet aroma of cinnamon.
This is a simple pancake recipe that can whipped up in minutes and have your family thinking your a master chef.
Ingredients:
2 cups Original Bisquick mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/3 cup granola
1/4 cup cinnamon-flavored baking chips
1/4 cups raisins
Maple syrup
Cooking Instructions:
Heat your pancake griddle or skillet over medium-high heat; grease if necessary. (Surface is ready when a few drops of water sprinkled on it dance and disappear.)
Stir Bisquick mix, milk and eggs in large bowl until blended. Stir in granola, cinnamon chips, and raisins. Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle. Cook until edges are brown. Turn; cook until golden. Serve with butter and maple syrup.
Serves: 4, 8 pancakes
